The European Banking Authority (EBA) has issued a report “on the functioning of Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Colleges in 2023”. The report was published in December 2024 and highlights two key areas requiring attention and the ML/TF risks in the banking, payment and electronic money sectors.
